How we redefined the visual identity of a local brand

March 15, 2025 · Lucie Leduc

A complete rebranding project for a craft brewery, from brand strategy to the deployment of digital and print materials.

When the brewery "Les Houblons du Sud" contacted us, their image no longer reflected the quality of their beers. Their logo dated back to 2010, their website was outdated, and their social media presence was almost non-existent. Our mission: to create a modern, warm, and authentic visual identity in line with their Provencal terroir.

We began with an in-depth research phase: competitive analysis, interviews with the founders, and workshops to define the brand's values. The brief was clear: it had to evoke the sun, conviviality, and artisanal know-how.

The color palette revolved around a warm ochre, an olive green, and a Mediterranean blue. The typography, a combination of an elegant serif for headings and a legible sans-serif for body text, was chosen for its ability to blend tradition and modernity.

The new logo features a stylized ear of wheat incorporating a drop of beer, symbolizing the raw material and the finished product. We rolled out this identity across all materials: bottle labels, menus, website, business cards, and even the bar signage.

The result? A 40% increase in social media engagement in three months, a 25% rise in direct sales, and above all, a renewed sense of pride among the founders. This project perfectly illustrates our approach: combining strategy, creativity, and concrete results.
