The stated deadlines are indicative. Any delay attributable to the client (late provision of content, approvals) postpones the delivery date without penalty for Mimadashi.
We use resources under a free license or purchased for the project. The client receives the final files but must acquire their own licenses for any reuse outside the initial scope.
